Frequently asked questions
What happens when I reach 3 nominees on the free plan?
You can add up to 3 nominees for free. When you try to add a 4th, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Guardian (₹299/mo) for unlimited nominees. Your existing nominees and assets are never affected.
What is the Investments dashboard?
The Investments tab (Guardian and above) lets you document your mutual funds, stocks, SIPs, and crypto holdings with current value, gain/loss tracking, asset allocation charts, and nominee-wise splits — so your family knows exactly what you own and who inherits what.
How do priority SMS + WhatsApp alerts work?
On the free plan, nominees are notified by email when you miss check-ins. Guardian subscribers get instant SMS and WhatsApp messages sent to nominees — critical when email may be missed in an emergency.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Guardian access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan (3 nominees, email notifications only).
Is my financial data safe?
All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and in transit. We never share your information with third parties. Nominees only receive access after three missed check-ins and identity verification.
